1. Description of the Service

Rebbel is a one-click social media posting platform that enables users to connect and publish to multiple third-party social media platforms including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, X/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest. Users may authorize Rebbel to access their social media accounts and collect data related to account content, performance metrics, and user interactions. The platform may also analyze interactions between users and their social media followers to help enhance engagement and content strategy.

2. Account Registration and Use

You must be at least 18 years old to use Rebbel. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current registration information and to maintain and update your information as needed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and all activities under your account.

You may revoke Rebbel's access to your social media accounts at any time by adjusting your settings on those platforms or within the Rebbel dashboard.

3. User Content and License

You may upload, submit, post, or transmit content such as text, media files (photos, videos), social post drafts, and communication data through Rebbel ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content.

By submitting User Content to Rebbel, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, and distribute your content solely to operate, improve, and provide the Service. We do not claim ownership over your content.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload or transmit anything unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
• Use the platform to harass, threaten, or violate the privacy of others.
• Engage in unauthorized scraping, mining, or harvesting of personal data.
• Post spam or unsolicited content.
• Infringe the intellectual property or proprietary rights of others.

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Third-Party Integrations

Rebbel allows you to connect third-party services. You agree that such services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and Rebbel is not responsible for their practices. When you grant access to these services, you authorize Rebbel to act on your behalf within the permissions you provided.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Service. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted from active systems, subject to our legal obligations and internal retention policies.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or that the platform will be error-free. Rebbel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rebbel LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, to use the Service.

9. Arbitration and Governing Law

Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with our Arbitration Agreement (Section 10.2 of the full Terms). Kansas law governs these Terms. You waive any rights to a class action or jury trial.

We may modify these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of significant changes through the platform or via email. Continued use of the Service indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.
